If it is your first appointment with us we do require some medical forms to be completed, and these must be completed prior to your arrival.

Simply download the 2 medical history forms below. You will need to bring both completed forms with you to your first appointment.

Due to the fact that our three Clinics are usually fully booked, please do arrive 5- 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, unfortunately late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment time.

BOOKING REQUEST FORM

Make your request using the Booking Form, you will firstly receive an email, after which and some one will contact via phone to discuss and confirm your booking.

Please note: You will now receive an email to show your submitted booking request. You can download and print the required medical forms from this email too. The Colonic Clinic will contact you by phone to confirm your booking.

We try to fulfill all requests for appointments but this is not always possible, and we may offer you an alternative time or date to meet your needs.

For all other treatments including the Cleanse packages, Weight loss Programmes, Detox footspa and all Allergy Testing please do call us to check times and availability .

Customer Notice - Terms of Booking

By making your appointment with us, you agree to observe our terms of booking. Deposit payments are required for all bookings. They can be made over the phone by credit or debit cards or personally in the Spa by cash . Unfortunately we are unable to accept either American Express or Diners Club or cheques.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible. Single appointments cancelled with less than TWO full working day’s notice (Mon-Fri, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm), will be charged at 50% of their list price.

Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged in full. Appointments can only be rescheduled or cancelled over the phone.
